Personal configuration informations such as name, email address, and password are stored on the user computer.
We do not collect or track any personal Information about the users. We only collect billing information and usage statistics. Usage statistics are collected so that we can make the product better. To prevent Phoyo from sending these statistics, you can turn this feature off through the configuration window.
Phoyo’s automatic updates checking feature periodically checks to see if an updated version of Phoyo is available. This feature does not send any Information. The version of Phoyo the user is running is just checked against the latest available version on-line.
Phoyo has a crash-reporting feature that sends us a report when Phoyo crashes. We use the information in the crash reports to diagnose and correct the problems in Phoyo that caused the crash. Though this feature starts automatically after Phoyo crashes, it does not send information until the user explicitly authorize it to do so.
By default, this feature sends a variety of Non-Personal Informations, including the stack trace (a detailed description of which parts of the Phoyo code were active at the time of the crash) and the type of computer you are using. It also gives the option to include an email address to get some feedback.
We will retain any information collected for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy unless a longer retention period is required by law and/or regulations.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of Potentially Personal Information, as permitted by law. We will seek to comply with such requests, provided that we have sufficient information to identify the Personal Information or Potentially Personal Information related to you.
Any such requests or other questions or concerns regarding this Policy and our data protection practices should be addressed to:
