Very odd.
If you are able to print with another software, I suggest you use the “File transfer” feature.
You can then use a script to poll the output directory for new printed files and print them using any other command.

Several printing commands are enumerated here.
You may also get in touch with the printer manufacturer to learn more about specific utilities to print.
