Phoyo softwares may have automatic updates checking feature that periodically checks to see if an updated version of the software is available. This feature does not send any Information. The version of the software running on the user computer is just checked against the latest available version on-line.
We use Paypal and Stripe APIs to allow payments from our website. We only store billing information. We do not store or use any user name, password or credit card information provided during the payment process. But these informations are accessed and used by Paypal. The Phoyo softwares may have a crash-reporting feature that sends us a report on crashes. We use the information in the crash reports to diagnose and correct the problems in the software that caused the crash. Though this feature starts automatically after crashes, it does not send information until the user explicitly authorize it to do so.
By default, this feature sends a variety of Non-Personal Informations, including the stack trace (a detailed description of which parts of the software code were active at the time of the crash) and the type of computer you are using. It also gives the option to include an email address to get some feedback.
