Error after one photo

Hi,

I have a question. When I start the photobooth and my camera makes 1 photo, I get the next error:

Serious Error: java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: java.util.NoSuchElementException: No tags with key = SRF2 Key

Do you know what it means?

I’m working with a sony a7r ii on the trial version 3.6.

Est-ce que vous pouvez confirmer que vous faites du remplacement d’arrière-plan via un fond vert uniquement et que votre logiciel ne fait pas de remplacement d’arrière plan automatique (via un réseau dce neurone) comme les logiciels de visioconférence ?

Le remplacement d’arrière-plan via un fond vert est pris en charge par le logiciel.
Le remplacement d’arrière plan automatique est fait mais pas via un réseau de neurones, ce qui le rend moins performant.
